Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Retail Human Resources plc. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and maximizing store profitability through effective leadership and management of your team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales through your team by implementing effective sales strategies and providing excellent customer service.
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the store, ensuring costs are contained within targets and store profitability is maximized.
- Develop and implement plans to promote sales within the store, including visual merchandising and in-store promotions.
- Lead and motivate your team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Monitor and control store inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing stock losses.
- Collaborate with the retail team to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a retail management role, with a strong track record of driving sales and maximizing store profitability.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
