We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Age UK. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive an excellent service and that our store sales and profits are maximized.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the store team, providing effective leadership, training, and development
  • Maximize store sales and profits through effective merchandising and stock management
  • Ensure that our customers receive an excellent service, meeting their needs and exceeding their expectations
  • Manage the store's inventory, including ordering and receiving stock
  • Monitor and control store expenses, ensuring that they are within budget

Requirements:
