**Job Opportunity**
We are seeking an accomplished administrative professional to join our team as the Director of School Effectiveness at Kings College. As a member of our vibrant and committed team, you will play a vital role in supporting the success of our school community.
With extensive experience in administration, secretarial work, and project management, you will be well-equipped to handle the demands of this high-profile position. Your strong analytical skills, ability to think critically, and capacity to maintain confidentiality will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our school.
The estimated salary for this role is £48,000-£58,000 per annum, based on your level of experience.
Responsibilities and Requirements
You will be responsible for:
- Supporting the Headmaster and senior leadership team in their daily activities
- Managing administrative projects and processes to improve efficiency
- Developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Contribution to the development of departmental objectives and strategies
