Job Summary:

The Recruitment Co. is seeking a motivated and committed Packaging Machine Operator to join our client's team in the Baglan area. This is a paid weekly temp to perm opportunity with great progression possibilities within a global manufacturing leader.

Key Responsibilities:

Run the packaging machine and other related equipment

Perform maintenance activities and adjustments as required

Manage machinery changeovers and support colleagues as needed

Ensure a high level of housekeeping and adherence to health and safety rules

Requirements:

Previous experience in a production or operator role

Heavy industry background preferred

Ability to work a 12-hour shift with a mixture of days and nights

DBS checks will be conducted on day 1 of the assignment
