Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Transformation Programme Leader to join our team. As a key member of our programme management team, you will lead and manage complex transformation programmes, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.



About You:

  • You have experience working on transformation programmes in the healthcare sector, with a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • You are proficient in programme management processes and systems, with a good understanding of industry trends and best practices.
  • You hold a degree qualification in a relevant field, such as business administration, engineering, or construction management.
  • Professional membership is desirable but not essential.


About the Role:

  • You will lead the delivery of transformation programmes, developing and implementing effective strategies to achieve client objectives.
  • You will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure seamless project delivery, identifying and mitigating risks, and resolving issues promptly.
  • You will contribute to the development and improvement of our portfolio and programme management products and services, sharing best practices and lessons learned.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement digital solutions to enhance programme delivery and performance.

  • A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
