Job Title: Property Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Property Manager to join our team at Connells Group HQ. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for providing property management and tenancy support services to our branches, landlords, and tenants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a central point of contact for managing queries from clients and staff.
  • Provide expert advice on relevant legislation and maintain a central register of contractors.
  • Oversee customer service, ensuring timely completion of works and renewals, and monitor chasing up invoices and inspection of works and Tenancy Agreements.
  • Monitor workloads to meet deadlines and service levels.
  • Assist with complicated cases and tenancies, advising PC, Landlord, and Tenant of options, and liaising with LSC and branch.
Requirements:
  • Full UK Driving License and access to own vehicle.
  • Great communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong customer service skills and confident communicator.
  • Good team player.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills.
  • Good analytical ability.
