Electrical Project Manager Job Description

Fusion People Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team in North London. As an Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the electrical aspects of a prestigious residential project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Health and Safety: Ensure the team and subcontractors adhere to health and safety protocols.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete daily and weekly paperwork related to health and safety and client requirements.
  • Team Management: Supervise site supervisors and ensure they meet their responsibilities.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with construction managers and project managers to ensure timely project progress.
  • Client Relationships: Maintain relationships with clients and subcontractors.
  • Progress Reporting: Review team member progress reports to track task status.
  • Site Management: Monitor site materials and ensure adequate quantities are available.
  • Time Management: Monitor employees' and subcontractors' work hours to optimize efficiency.
  • Meetings and Communication: Schedule meetings with clients and stakeholders to discuss project objectives.
  • Team Management: Lead a team of supervisors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project parties.
  • Cost Management: Work with the commercial team to monitor project costs and ensure profitability.
  • Design and Innovation: Collaborate with design teams to achieve spec-compliant designs and implement innovative solutions to reduce labor and increase profitability.
