Job Title: Healthcare Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Project Lead to join our team at Aquarius Population Health Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading projects and project teams with autonomy, managing Analysts and Consultants, and participating in recruitment.

Estimated Salary: £80,000 - £110,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in health, healthcare, and medical decision problems. They will be able to design and conduct quantitative analyses, interpret results, and present findings. A strong background in literature reviews, synthesising/summarising evidence, and technical writing skills is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing projects with senior team member support or partnership.
• Demonstrating end-to-end project management capabilities, successfully delivering projects to completion, and using internal and external resources effectively and efficiently.
• Managing own time and supervising timelines of team members and their deliverables across multiple projects.
• Defining and monitoring project plans and assuring project component alignment with overall project plan.
• Assessing and managing project risks and escalating issues.
• Maintaining the highest standards of work and thinking and supporting others to achieve quality standards.
• Actively engaging with clients to create opportunities for new or follow-on business and managing client expectations.
• Driving internal development and supporting/providing development and delivery of training.
• Engaging in public speaking and presentation.
• Demonstrating strategic insight, discussing strategic project decisions with clients and project teams, and gaining the confidence of others by authoritative communication.
• Line managing Analysts/Consultants and supporting them with their professional development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• PhD/MSc in Health Economics, Data Science, Business, Mathematics, Biostatistics, Public Health, or related quantitative/qualitative field, or BSc/BA with equivalent experience and skills.
