As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing high-profile projects in the health sector, working closely with clients and stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.

About the Role

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on live projects, leading small to medium-sized complex commissions and supporting major complex new build schemes in London. Our team is passionate about delivering high-quality project management services, and we are looking for someone who shares our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Delivery: Oversee project delivery, ensuring timely completion, quality, and adherence to budgets.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues to minimize potential impact.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, delegating tasks and maintaining clear roles and responsibilities.
Requirements
  • Education: Postgraduate-level professional qualification in project management (internationally recognized)
  • Experience: Proven experience in healthcare projects, such as hospitals, clinics, or research facilities
  • Skills: Strong contract administration skills, especially with NEC contracts; commercially astute with ability to manage budgets and resources
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with UK Department of Health and Social Care's management systems and tools
