We're looking for a Leisure Sales Advisor to join our team at Village Hotels - Portsmouth. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for matching our members' individual needs to our facilities and services, ensuring their fitness journey gets off to a great start.

As a Leisure Sales Advisor, you'll enjoy getting to know potential new members, showcasing our facilities, and advising on additional products and services to help them smash their fitness goals. You'll also be part of a fun, supportive, and inclusive work environment with loads of development opportunities.

What we need from you:

  • A natural ability to interact with all types of people and use effective selling techniques
  • A passion for leisure, fitness, and customer service
  • An ability to understand individual needs and wants and tailor your service and communication around them
  • A drive to achieve and exceed targets
  • A team mentality and the ability to form great relationships within leisure and other departments

**This role offers uncapped commission and a realistic OTE of an additional £4,800 per annum.**
