Job Details

We are looking for a dedicated Drama Teacher to fill a full-time position at our Secondary School in Witney. This opportunity is available starting January 2025, with the potential for extension into the Summer Term.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Plan and deliver engaging lessons for KS3 and KS4 students, covering topics such as drama performance, play production, and theatre studies.
  2. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support learning.
  3. Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes academic excellence and student wellbeing.
  4. Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and achieve common goals.
Requirements
  • QTS or equivalent qualification is essential for this role.
  • Recent mainstream school experience as a Drama Teacher at Secondary School level is required.
  • Possession of industry experience within Drama or Performing Arts is desirable.
  • A relevant degree in Drama-related field is also desirable.
