Full-Time Drama Teacher Needed

A dedicated and passionate Drama Teacher is required to teach across all year groups at a Secondary School in Witney, commencing in January 2025. This permanent role involves planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing student progress, and contributing to a positive school environment.

The school prioritizes academic excellence and student wellbeing, maintaining high standards of education and care.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans tailored to meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Lead classes with enthusiasm and expertise, fostering a love of drama among students.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with colleagues and students, promoting a collaborative and supportive school community.
  • Evaluate student performance, provide constructive feedback, and track progress towards meeting curriculum objectives.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Hold a recognized teaching certification, such as QTS.
  • Possess recent experience as a Drama Teacher in a mainstream Secondary School setting.
  • Degree in Drama or Performing Arts preferred.
  • Previous experience working with students with SEN beneficial.
