Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide financial leadership and guidance to the management team
  • Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Manage and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business decisions and initiatives
  • Lead and manage a team of financial professionals to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and regulatory bodies
  • Stay up-to-date with changing financial regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a senior financial leadership role
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability through financial leadership
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of financial professionals
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CPA or CMA certification
  • Experience with financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
  • Experience with financial software and systems, including ERP and accounting systems
