Are you passionate about the outdoors and inspiring others to learn and grow? We're seeking a talented and enthusiastic Outdoor Education Instructor to join our team at Kingswood.

As an Outdoor Education Instructor, you'll have the opportunity to deliver a range of high-adrenaline outdoor activities, design and run your own sessions, and work towards external National Governing body (NGB) qualifications. You'll also be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our participants, as well as supporting centre projects.

We offer a comprehensive training program, including industry-leading training providers and a supportive team environment. You'll also receive a competitive salary, free accommodation, and a range of benefits.

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a strong passion for outdoor education, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
