About the Role

As an Outdoor Adventure Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering a range of high-adrenaline outdoor activities, including rock climbing, kayaking, and zip lining. You will also have the opportunity to design and run your own sessions, learn how to use specialist equipment, and develop your skills in areas such as risk management and group leadership.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a passion for the outdoors, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a willingness to learn and develop your skills. You will also need to have a good understanding of outdoor education principles and practices, as well as experience working with groups and individuals.
