Are you passionate about the outdoors and eager to develop your skills as an outdoor activity leader? Kingswood is seeking a talented individual to join our team as an Apprentice Leader, where you will embark on a 13-month journey of learning and growth.

As an Apprentice Leader, you will have the opportunity to deliver a variety of high-adrenaline outdoor activities, design and run your own sessions, and undertake external National Governing body (NGB) qualifications. You will also be responsible for ensuring all equipment and safety checks are conducted in line with company procedures and complying with our Health and Safety policy.

Our Apprenticeship Program offers a unique blend of practical and theoretical learning, with 80% of your time spent on the job and 20% in off-the-job training. You will receive a competitive salary, free accommodation, and a range of benefits, including a 500 sign-on bonus and free meals.

To be eligible for this role, you will need to have a strong passion for the outdoors, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn and develop your skills.
