About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our care home team. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our Residents, working closely with our multi-disciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centred care to Residents, respecting their individual needs and preferences
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individual care plans
  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure the best possible care and support
  • Communicate effectively with Residents, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Valid NMC registration and PIN
  • Experience in a care home or similar setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality care and support
