Technical Production Support Specialist

Our company, Motorsport-Total GmbH, is a leading provider of innovative solutions for the sports industry. As a key player in this field, we are seeking an exceptional software engineer and subject matter expert to join our Developer Support Program.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing fixes and enhancements directly in the Flow Production Tracking product, ensuring its stability and performance for our customers. This role offers opportunities to work with some of our clients in India, providing technical guidance and support to resolve production management workflow issues.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with developers, user experience designers, QAs, and product owners to identify, troubleshoot, design, and develop product fixes and enhancements
- Develop high-quality code, write functional tests, and contribute to technical designs
- 2 to 5 years of experience with React, Ruby, JavaScript, or similar web technologies
- Familiarity with database configuration, preferably PostgreSQL
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work well in a cross-functional team
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills
- Good organisational skills, comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Fluent in spoken and written English
We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for growth and professional development within our organisation.
