About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our vibrant primary school in Camden. As an integral member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting children during their foundational years.

Salary and Benefits

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
  • Support children's development across physical, emotional, and social milestones.
  • Create a nurturing and safe environment that encourages exploration and learning.
  • Provide 1:1 and small group support tailored to individual needs.
  • Assist with daily routines, from snack times to creative play and outdoor activities.
Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications in Early Years or Childcare (Level 2/3 or equivalent).
  • Experience working with children in an Early Years setting.
  • A genuine passion for early education and a nurturing approach to child development.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare.
