**Job Title:** Early Years Educator in Camden

**Company Overview:** Marylebone Services is a reputable Nursery based in Camden, seeking a qualified Early Years Practitioner to join their team as a keyworker. The nursery provides high-quality integrated early years services for children aged 2-4 years.

**Estimated Salary:** £28,000 - £32,000 per annum

The ideal candidate will have a minimum Level 3 childcare qualification, at least 2 years of experience in a Nursery setting, and excellent communication skills. They will be required to work 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 9am-3:30pm (with a 30-minute break), for 38 weeks per year.

Key responsibilities include working in a team, following nursery policies and procedures, sharing innovative ideas, ensuring the children's needs are met, and keeping them safe at all times. The successful candidate will also be required to provide specific support to families with complex needs, attend curriculum planning meetings, and keep up-to-date with current good practice and EYFS Framework requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum Level 3 childcare qualification
  • At least 2 years of experience in a Nursery setting
  • Understanding of Ofsted requirements, safeguarding & EYFS
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
