Innovative Brand Director

Sadler Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Director to lead our creative vision and drive the growth of two leading sports brands. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive creative strategy that enhances our brands' image and drives business results.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Creative Strategy: Spearhead the conceptual and strategic development of our brands, pushing the boundaries of visual capability and delivering industry-leading brand image.
- Lead Creative Teams: Collaborate closely with our marketing, sales, platform, and design teams to craft innovative campaigns that connect with customers across the UK, EMEA, US, and APAC.
- Visual Aesthetics and Messaging: Shape the visual aesthetics, messaging, and tone-of-voice for campaigns, ensuring consistency in voice and vision across touchpoints.
- Brand Building and Reappraisal: Develop unique, brand-aligned concepts that resonate with target audiences and drive business growth.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with senior stakeholders, articulating creative visions with clear, thoughtful rationale.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor our team of designers, ensuring high-quality work that meets expectations and deadlines.
- Industry Trends and Research: Stay ahead of industry trends in core markets, look at emerging markets, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Education: BSc/BA in advertising, fine art, design, or relevant field; MSc/MA will be considered an asset.
- Experience: Proven experience leading creative teams, with several years of experience at Creative Director (or similar) level.
- Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and relevant design software, strong communication and presentation skills, expertise in stakeholder management, and extensive experience in brand building and reappraisal.
