As a Maintenance and Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the management of day-to-day operations, ensuring that all projects are completed efficiently and effectively.

**About Us:**

Intermarine Limited has been designing and building Pontoon Systems since 1992. We supply concrete, aluminium, and steel pontoon systems both as standard products and as bespoke solutions.

We are committed to providing high-quality services and strive to maintain a positive reputation within the industry.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Assisting the Project Manager in maintaining client communication and preparing presentations
  • Developing detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and team/sub-contractor duties
  • Closely monitoring and ensuring each managed project adheres to scope and schedule
  • Identifying and meeting project objectives

**Requirements:**

  • 1+ years of post-academic work experience or 5+ years of trade/construction experience
  • Trade-based experience leading to site management on construction sites or a background in facilities management
  • Knowledge of project management methodology and strong leadership qualities
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel
  • Advanced understanding of the site safety culture and basic understanding of technical drawings/schematics for electrical/mechanical systems
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced reporting environment with accuracy and conciseness
  • Valid driving license and owned vehicle (IML covers insurance upgrades and pays mileage)

**Estimated Salary:** £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on full-time/part-time status, experience, and qualifications.
