The Opportunity

We are expanding our Water team due to the growing demand and opportunities brought by the introduction of AMP 8 next year. We're looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant within the Water sector to join our thriving Infrastructure team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work within the Water sector, identifying and recruiting top talent for infrastructure and transportation projects
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Source and attract top candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and referrals
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure the best fit for the role and client
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient delivery
What You'll Need
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the Water sector
  • Strong knowledge of the Water sector and its key players
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
