Nuclear Compliance Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Nuclear Compliance Lead to join our team at VIQU Limited. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a key role in ensuring our projects meet the highest standards of nuclear compliance, safety, and environmental guidelines.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive nuclear compliance program. This will involve conducting regular audits and assessments to monitor compliance and providing solutions to potential problems and issues.
As a key member of our team, you will work closely with regulatory bodies, industry groups, and other stakeholders to ensure that our projects align with relevant regulations and guidelines.
You will also provide advice on nuclear compliance matters to various teams within the project, as well as senior management.

What You'll NeedTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in nuclear compliance, regulatory affairs, or related energy industry regulated compliance experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of nuclear compliance, safety, and environmental guidelines
- Experience leading and managing compliance teams
- Auditing background, or experience working alongside auditing teams and assisting on compliance audits
You will also need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
