Opportunity Summary

We are seeking an Academic Program Manager to join our team at The Really NEET Project. In this role, you will work closely with colleagues to develop and implement effective learning strategies, ensuring that our programs meet the needs of our students and stakeholders.

About the Position

This is a key position that requires someone who is passionate about education and wants to make a difference in the lives of young people. As a Teaching, Learning & Assessment Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that our programs are aligned with the needs of our students and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement learning strategies to support student success.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to coordinate teaching, learning, and assessment initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate program progress, making adjustments as needed.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in education or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
What We Offer
