Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CAD Technician to join our team, working closely with our Buildings Mechanical Designer to create and modify detailed technical drawings using CAD software. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of mechanical building services systems, including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and lifts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create detailed technical drawings based on project specifications
  • Modify drawings and layouts as required
  • Work on a range of projects, including commercial, retail, residential, and hospitality, covering various design and installation aspects
  • Collaborate with the lead Designer for 2-3 days per week and work from home for the remainder

Requirements

  • Proficient in CAD software and mechanical design principles
  • Strong understanding of building services systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection
  • Ability to work on a hybrid basis, with travel cost assistance
