Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Export Sales Manager to join our client's team, responsible for overseeing export operations, developing business strategies, and driving sales growth in the FMCG sector.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in export sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and experience in Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint.

Responsibilities
  • Oversight of export operations, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement.
  • Development of comprehensive business plans, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Establishment and maintenance of strong relationships with distributors and non-domestic retailers, leveraging these connections to drive sales and revenue.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in FMCG export sales, preferably in the household or personal care categories.
  • Established relationships with distributors/non-domestic retailers.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in multiple languages beneficial.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint, with full driving license.
Salary and Benefits

An attractive salary package, up to £45,000 D.O.E., plus bonus/commission, reflecting the company's commitment to excellence and employee satisfaction.
