This role involves shaping the curriculum, mentoring students, and directing show-stopping productions that showcase student talent.

To succeed, you will need to nurture talent by providing one-on-one guidance and support to help students reach their full potential on and off the stage.

  • A degree in Drama, Theatre Studies, or a related field is required.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE is essential.
  • Proven experience teaching drama across secondary school levels is necessary.
  • Leadership experience in a school setting is preferred.
  • A passion for drama and a contagious enthusiasm for inspiring young minds are vital.
