We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Scheduler to join our team and contribute to the success of exciting projects.

Job Summary

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for strategic planning and programme management to work on a varied portfolio of construction projects.

You will be responsible for developing and managing programmes in Primavera, interfacing with supply chain partners, and updating progress reports. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential for this role.

The ideal candidate will have experience of planning services in medium to large-sized construction projects and regulated industries, with a good understanding of NEC contracts and specifications.

Responsibilities
  • Review programme elements of scope documents as part of procurement processes
  • Interfacing with supply chain partners to review programmes in accordance with NEC4 requirements
  • Updating progress reports in Level 2 programmes from supply chain and client project teams
  • Managing programme interfaces between different projects and suppliers
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A good understanding of tender documents, contract documents, and specifications
  • Substantial experience of planning services in medium to large-sized construction projects and regulated industries
  • Experience in managing schedules on NEC projects
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Excellent Primavera (P6) knowledge
Security Clearance

You must have, or be eligible for, SC clearance.

Location

This position is based in Glasgow, with some time spent at the client's office.

Estimated Salary

£50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
