Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our site delivery team as a Trainee Foreperson. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating labour and material control across all project types.

This is an exciting opportunity to work under the direction of the Site Manager, ensuring projects are delivered on time with the highest quality standards and customer satisfaction.

  • Assist the Foreperson in project delivery
  • Coordinate labour and material control to ensure efficient delivery of the project on programme
  • Schedule work to be carried out to achieve production targets and maintain high quality of product
  • E nsure work methods are performed correctly
  • Complete relevant documentation on a weekly/monthly basis
  • Ensure CCG's Group Health, Safety & Environmental Policy is adhered to and encourage safe working practices on site

A competitive salary and benefits package is on offer for this full-time position.

Salary Information:

£40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in occupied properties, IT knowledge, and a full driving licence.

A strong understanding of health and safety protocols and the ability to motivate a team towards achieving set goals is essential.
