Clinical Psychologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our Staff Wellbeing Psychology Team at York and Scarborough Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will provide psychological input to individuals and teams through reflective practice, psychological skills training, and consultation.
This is a part-time, flexible working opportunity with the possibility of up to 30 hours per week. The base will be in York, but travel across the Trust sites will be required.
Key Responsibilities- Provide psychological input to individuals and teams through reflective practice, psychological skills training, and consultation
- Lead various projects and service developments to promote staff wellbeing
- Work with colleagues to deliver innovative staff wellbeing initiatives
- Support the development of staff wellbeing policies and procedures
We are looking for a Clinical Psychologist with:
Doctoral level training in clinical or counselling psychologyExperience of specialist psychological assessment and treatment of adults across various care settingsExperience of working with staff patients and teaching, training, and/or supervisionAbility to work within a multicultural framework and apply psychology in different cultural contextsBenefits- Access to the NHS Pension Scheme
