The role of Estimator at a leading nationwide Facilities Management company requires an individual with strong analytical skills to create accurate costings for maintenance services, conduct site surveys, and deliver competitive bids for new contracts, renewals, and variations.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct site visits to assess project needs and requirements.
- Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure successful project outcomes.
