Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the nursing and care teams to deliver exceptional patient care
- Conduct clinical audits and ensure excellent medicines management to maintain high standards
- Provide strong leadership and staff supervisions on the nursing floor, setting a positive example for the team
- Work full-time day shifts, 48 hours per week (4 days from 8am-8pm), including some supernumerary hours to support the team
