Deputy Manager Opportunity in Elderly Care

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Deputy Manager in a care home that provides exceptional care for the elderly. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a vital role in planning, directing, and managing the clinical services, while developing your leadership and business skills in supporting the General Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and services
  • Develop and implement clinical strategies to improve patient outcomes and experience
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve business objectives and goals
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse (RGN) qualification
  • Proven experience in a senior nursing role, preferably in a care home setting
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
