Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Seed Recruitment Consultants Ltd. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in the leadership and management of our care homes, providing exceptional care and support to our residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, direct, and manage the clinical services of the care home, ensuring the highest standards of care and quality of life for our residents.
  • Develop and implement effective leadership and business skills, working closely with the General Manager to drive the success of the care home.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional care and support.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the care home, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse (RGN) qualification and experience in a care home setting.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with a track record of success in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze data to inform decision-making.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
