Job Description

We are seeking a Young People's Support and Development Worker to join our team at Witherslack Group. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for supporting the daily lives of our young residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and educational development.

You will work closely with our team to develop and implement personalized plans that cater to the unique needs of each resident. Your strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships will be essential in creating a nurturing environment that fosters their growth and development.

In addition to your excellent interpersonal skills, you will possess a 'can do' attitude, empathy, and resilience when dealing with challenging situations. You will also have a full UK driving licence and be willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check.

The estimated salary for this role is £32,840 - £37,162 per annum, based on location and experience.
