Early Years Development Worker

We are seeking an Early Years Development Worker to join our team at Hartlepool Borough Council. The successful candidate will work with young children and their families to promote healthy development and reduce health inequalities.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver evidence-based practice to promote healthy development in young children.
- Work with parents and caregivers to support healthy behaviors and lifestyles.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on program activities and outcomes.
The successful candidate will be a registered nurse or midwife with experience in child health or early years development. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Salary: £38,000 - £58,000 per annum.
