About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team at a school in Harrogate. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with pupils with varying needs, ability to develop and maintain effective relationships, and capacity to contribute to a positive learning environment.
Key Requirements:
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
- Capacity to communicate effectively with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
- Knowledge of behaviour management strategies and ability to implement them effectively.
- Experience of working with pupils who require personal care and emotional support.
- A driving licence is desirable for this role.
