You'll be teaching new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging socialization, and participating in various activities. You could be out with the people we support in local bars and pubs one day, and unwinding with them playing video games or watching films the next.
This is an amazing opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference in someone's life and help them grow in confidence and independence. We're interested in Support Workers who hold a full UK driving license, are resilient, flexible, and composed in their approach, and have experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviors.
