Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Voyage Care in Hindhead. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for the individuals we support, helping them to gain independence and confidence in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist individuals with personal care and daily living tasks
  • Encourage and support individuals to access their local communities and engage in activities
  • Teach new life skills and promote independence
  • Work collaboratively with the team to provide a supportive and welcoming environment

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving license
  • Resilience, flexibility, and a composed approach
  • Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, and challenging behaviors
  • Ability to follow Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice
