Premier Recruitment Group Limited is recruiting a highly skilled Senior Support Worker to join our partner care organisation in Canterbury. The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £29,000 per annum.

About the Role

This is a full-time and permanent position that requires the supervision and leadership of a team of support workers. The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting adults with challenging behaviour, learning disabilities, and/or mental health issues.

The successful candidate will act as a role model for staff, promoting understanding and empathy towards the people they support. They will be responsible for maintaining effective communication and liaison with service users, families, and other stakeholders while respecting confidentiality.

A Level 3 diploma in health and social care is essential for this role, along with positive behaviour training. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, the passion to work with vulnerable adults, and a commitment to achieving high standards of safeguarding.
