The Night Shift Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of up to 50 direct reports, providing guidance and direction to ensure the successful execution of night-time operations. This includes developing and training reports, ensuring compliance with site HSES rules and regulations, and processing BI and MI reports.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a team of Night Loaders, Sorters, and Drivers to process parcels for delivery
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
  • Collaborating with the Night Shift Manager to achieve business objectives
  • Managing individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables

Requirements include:

  • Proven experience in managing teams in a fast-paced logistics environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a pressurized environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of transport regulations
