At Evri, we believe that our people are our greatest strength. That's why we're always looking for talented individuals to join our Depot Management Team. We're particularly interested in someone who can lead our Night Loaders, Sorter, and Drivers teams in processing parcels for delivery.


This role is perfect for someone who is able to motivate staff, efficiently prioritise pressing needs, and think creatively. Our ideal candidate will have experience in logistics, although we're open to candidates from related fields who can demonstrate the necessary skills and qualities.


The Night Shift Supervisor is a key role that requires a high level of organisation and leadership. You will be responsible for managing a team of up to 50 direct reports, developing and training your team members, and ensuring that SLAs are met for the Night shift.


You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all site HSES rules and regulations, processing BI and MI reports, and managing individual project priorities and deadlines.


Requirements:



  • Management experience of leading and managing a team
  • Experience of managing teams in a fast-paced logistics environment
  • Ability to work on own initiative in a pressurised environment to tight deadlines
  • PC Literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • An understanding of Transport regulations

This is a Nights based role with shift start and finish times varying, although core hours are 11pm to 8am dependant on volumes.


About the role:



  • Manage a team of up to 50 direct reports providing leadership and direction for the shift
  • Develop and train reports and ensure SLA's are hit for the Night shift
  • Ensure compliance with all site HSES rules and regulations
  • Process BI and MI reports based on work output of Drivers and Loaders
  • Manage individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables.
