Fragrance Consultant Job Description

Luxe Talent International is seeking a skilled Fragrance Consultant to join our team. As a Fragrance Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and exceeding customer expectations at every opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver an authentic and warm welcome to all customers, showcasing a positive attitude and strong brand awareness.
  • Establish strong customer relationships to ensure brand loyalty and drive sales performance.
  • Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations to customers, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve shop objectives and drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide the best possible service to customers.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working in the beauty or fragrances industry, within a luxury setting.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to create a positive customer experience.
  • Ability to establish strong customer relationships and drive sales performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work as part of a team.
  • Strong brand awareness and ability to deliver an excellent product knowledge to customers.

What We Offer:
