About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused individual to join our revamped Housing Management Team. As a Housing Community Lead, you will be the primary relationship holder with residents living in your designated area, covering approximately 500-600 homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Housing Management team to deliver a high-quality service to residents
  • Improve resident satisfaction and build trust through effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Manage a complex workload while adhering to deadlines
  • Engage with diverse stakeholders, including residents, colleagues, and other external partners

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to problem-solve and think critically
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role or relevant field
