Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at ISS Facility Services UK. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in providing guidance and support to our managers on people practices that foster positive working relationships between the business and its employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Policy and Procedure Guidance: Offer expert advice to managers on HR policies and procedures to ensure adherence and reduce risk.
- Employee Relations Support: Provide guidance and support to managers in employee relations investigations and hearings, including grievance and disciplinary matters.
- Restructures and TUPE: Collaborate with the Employee Relations Centre of Excellence to manage restructures and TUPE transfers.
- Union Liaison: Provide support and guidance to managers on union liaison and collective bargaining.
- Best People Management Practice: Contribute to the delivery of best people management practice, particularly in equal opportunities and cultural diversity.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- People & Culture Generalist Experience: Proven experience in a People & Culture Generalist role, with a strong understanding of HR practices and procedures.
- Education and Qualifications: Educated to degree level or equivalent, and/or CIPD qualified, or willing to work towards CIPD qualification.
- UK Employment Legislation Knowledge: Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation, including TUPE and union law.
- Problem Solving and Conflict Resolution: Proven ability to resolve conflicts and provide solutions to complex HR issues.
