Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Process Engineer to join our dynamic team at Harbourne Associates. As a key member of our production team, you will play a crucial role in improving our manufacturing processes, ensuring high-quality output, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
  • Data Analysis: Collect and interpret data to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions.
  • Project Management: Lead and participate in cross-functional projects aimed at process improvements and cost reductions.
  • Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with production teams, maintenance personnel, and other engineers to achieve operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Open to recent graduates and professionals with 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, process engineering principles, and data analysis tools.
