Transform Manufacturing with a Production Process Engineer

Location: Immingham Plant

Salary: £47,582.08 with a 10% performance-based bonus

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Production Process Engineer to join our dynamic team at our Immingham Plant. In this role, you will play a crucial part in improving our production processes, ensuring high-quality output, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

  1. Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
  2. Data Analysis: Collect and interpret data to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions.
  3. Project Management: Lead and participate in cross-functional projects aimed at process improvements and cost reductions.
  4. Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with production teams, maintenance personnel, and other engineers to achieve operational excellence.

Qualifications and Experience:

  1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Experience: Open to recent graduates and professionals with 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  3. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, process engineering principles, and data analysis tools.
