We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN primary class teacher to join our team in Vauxhall, South London. As a teacher with Prospero Teaching, you will have the opportunity to work with students who require additional support and make a positive impact on their educational journey.

Salary and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of £35,000 - £55,000 per annum, paid to scale (M1-UPS3). In addition, we offer accredited continued professional development courses, including safeguarding and behaviour management, as well as an in-house Training and Development Team.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Teaching to a class of varying needs, including students with SEMH and additional associated Learning Difficulties.
  2. Adapting the syllabus to meet the individual needs of each student, in line with their EHCP.
  3. Maintaining accurate records of pupil progress and using this information to inform future lesson planning.
  4. Working closely with other teachers and support staff to ensure a consistent approach to teaching and learning.

To be eligible for this role, you must have an Enhanced Child or Child & Adult Workforce barred list DBS Certificate registered on the update service.
