About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Part-time Senior Pension Administrator to join our team at IDEX Consulting Ltd. As a key member of our pensions administration team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and administer defined benefit pension schemes, including leavers, retirements, deaths, transfers in, transfers out, monthly processing, and investment.
  • Process benefit statements, renewals, and pension increases in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Deal with member enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Prioritize work effectively to meet target dates and deadlines.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in pensions administration, with a strong understanding of defined benefit schemes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
